FAQ

What counts as a PDF toward my monthly limit?

Each document you upload for remediation counts once, regardless of page count. A 2-page agenda and a 60-page budget each count as one PDF.

What happens if a document needs human review?

Nothing extra — review of low-confidence items is part of every plan, not an upsell. It may add time, never cost.

Can I change plans or cancel?

Yes, anytime, from your account. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades and cancellations at the end of the billing period. No contracts, no cancellation calls.

Do unused PDFs roll over?

No — limits reset monthly. If you're clearing a one-time backlog, Unlimited for a month or two is usually the cheapest path, then drop to a smaller plan.

Why subscription instead of per-page?

Per-page pricing punishes you for having history — and small districts have decades of it. A flat subscription means the 400-page budget archive costs the same to remediate as this month's agenda: nothing extra.

Is my payment information safe?

Payments will be handled by a dedicated payment processor at launch; Ketchly never stores card numbers.

What if I need more than my plan's limit one month?

Upgrade for that month and drop back down after. Plans are monthly precisely so you can do this without talking to anyone.

Is Unlimited really unlimited?

For any district's real publishing volume, yes — upload everything you have, including the backlog. The fine print: past 500 PDFs in a single month, usage rates apply, and we'll contact you before anything extra is billed.

Calm waters between you and the deadline.
