These terms cover the ketchly.tech website and waitlist, operated by Ketchly LLC. When the Ketchly application opens for subscriptions, these terms will be updated — the sections below marked "effective at launch" describe what to expect.

The website and waitlist

• The content on ketchly.tech is provided for general information. It is not legal advice — decisions about your district's ADA compliance obligations should be made with your counsel.
• Joining the waitlist means we may email you about Ketchly early access and related topics. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can ask to be removed at any time by writing to hello@ketchly.tech.
• Joining the waitlist does not create an account, a subscription, or any obligation on either side. Early access may be offered in limited groups, in any order we choose.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or submit forms with someone else's information.

Intellectual property

The Ketchly name, site content, and design are the property of Ketchly LLC. "Streamline" and other product names mentioned on this site or blog are trademarks of their respective owners.

Disclaimers

The site is provided as-is. We work to keep the information here accurate — especially deadline dates and citations, which link to primary sources — but we make no warranty that it is complete or current, and it does not constitute legal or compliance advice.

Subscription terms (effective at launch)

• Plans and billing — monthly and annual subscription terms, trial terms, and refund policy. Filled in during Step 5.
• Service description and document handling — what happens to PDFs you upload, how long they're stored, and how you delete them. Filled in during Step 5.
• Service levels and support — turnaround expectations and support channels. Filled in during Step 5.
