Privacy Policy

Ketchly is a service of Ketchly LLC. This policy covers the ketchly.tech marketing website, waitlist, and contact form. The short version: this site collects very little, we sell none of it, and we use no advertising trackers.
When the Ketchly application launches, this policy will be expanded to cover accounts and uploaded documents before anyone signs in. The application necessarily collects more than this website does — the updated policy will say exactly what, in the same plain language.
What we collect
- Waitlist signups: your email address, plus the organization name if you choose to share it, and which page you signed up from.
- Contact form messages: your name, email address, optional organization, and whatever you write to us.
- Analytics: aggregate page statistics via Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first service that uses no cookies. Plausible shows us which pages were visited, not who visited them.
That's the complete list for this website. No advertising trackers, no social media pixels, no cookies for visitors.
How we use it
- To email you about Ketchly early access and, occasionally, about the ADA Title II deadline and PDF accessibility — the thing you joined the waitlist to hear about.
- To answer the messages you send us.
- To understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful.
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that run this site for us — hosting, email delivery, analytics, and error monitoring — and only as needed to operate it.
Retention and deletion
We keep waitlist emails until you ask to be removed or the waitlist becomes account signup (at which point you choose whether to continue). Contact messages are kept as ordinary business correspondence. To have your information deleted, email hello@ketchly.tech — we'll confirm within a few business days.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its effective date. If a change materially affects waitlist subscribers, we'll email you about it.
